Editorial Policy
How FunnelsMove researches, compares, updates and monetizes its funnel-software and strategy content.
Purpose and reader-first standard
FunnelsMove aims to help readers make a clearer decision, not to reproduce merchant pages. Articles should answer the search intent directly, explain trade-offs, identify poor-fit situations and provide a usable framework when the decision is complex.
Source hierarchy
For prices, product limits, features and other time-sensitive facts, we prefer official vendor pricing pages, help documentation and product documentation. Reliable primary sources take priority over affiliate roundups. Secondary sources may be used for context when a primary source does not answer the question.
Fact checking and attribution
Changing facts are checked during material updates and dated when useful. We distinguish vendor claims from our own analysis. We do not invent ratings, usage data, discounts, customer results, screenshots or benchmark statistics. Where the evidence does not support a precise conclusion, the article should say so.
Comparison methodology
Our comparisons begin with the reader’s operating model. Typical criteria include workflow coverage, total stack cost, specialist depth, integration burden, data portability, team usability and realistic growth limits. We do not rank a product higher simply because it has more listed features.
No fabricated experience
FunnelsMove does not claim hands-on use, ownership, interviews, professional credentials or personal results unless those claims can be substantiated. The current article set is based on desk research. A future hands-on review should document what was actually tested and separate observation from inference.
Affiliate relationships
Some pages contain affiliate links, and FunnelsMove may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. Affiliate relationships do not determine the stated evaluation framework. Articles should disclose the relationship before or near the first affiliate link and should not hide material drawbacks or manufacture urgency.
AI assistance
AI tools may assist with drafting, restructuring, coding, consistency checks and research organization. Published claims remain subject to the same sourcing, truthfulness and non-fabrication standards regardless of how a draft was produced.
Corrections and material updates
When a material factual error is found, it should be corrected. Modified dates should change only when the content has changed meaningfully, such as a substantial rewrite, corrected product information or updated pricing—not for superficial freshness.
Reader feedback
The site does not currently have an approved public contact address or working contact form. We will not invent a channel. The Contact page will be updated when the operator provides an approved method. This is a current site limitation, not a claim that feedback is being received elsewhere.
Related policies
See the About page, author page, Affiliate Disclosure and Privacy Policy for related information.
Internal linking and topical scope
Each supporting article is assigned to one primary hub. Hub pages link to every article in their cluster, and supporting pages link back to the hub plus genuinely related articles. Related modules must exclude the current page. We avoid publishing separate thin pages for keyword variations that share the same intent.
Reviewing thin or outdated content
Content is expanded when the search intent requires more comparison, evidence or decision support—not simply to hit a word count. A materially outdated price or feature claim should be corrected or removed. A page that no longer has a distinct useful purpose should be merged or retired rather than kept as a low-value indexable URL.
