Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 31, 2026.
This policy describes the data flows present in the current static FunnelsMove website. It is a practical site policy draft and should be reviewed when the operator identity, public privacy contact, analytics, forms, advertising or other integrations change.
Site operator and privacy contact
The current website files do not contain a verified legal operator identity, operating jurisdiction or approved public privacy email address. FunnelsMove does not invent those details. They remain owner-supplied facts that should be completed before active promotion or any feature that collects visitor-submitted information is added.
Information you submit directly
The current site has no account system and no working contact form. It does not ask visitors to submit names, email addresses, messages, passwords, payment information or other personal information directly to FunnelsMove through the site.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is intended for Cloudflare Pages. As with normal web hosting and network delivery, the hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve, secure and operate the website, such as IP address, request details, device or browser information and timestamps, subject to the provider’s own terms and policies. FunnelsMove does not claim that ordinary infrastructure logs do not exist merely because the site itself is static.
Analytics, advertising and first-party cookies
This build does not include Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, an advertising pixel, a consent-management platform or a first-party tracking script. The site’s JavaScript is limited to navigation and page-interface behavior. If analytics, advertising or additional cookies are added later, this policy should be updated before deployment of those services.
Affiliate links
Some pages link to ClickFunnels using an affiliate tracking destination. When you follow an affiliate link, the destination merchant or its service providers may process referral information and use cookies or similar technologies to attribute a qualifying action. That processing occurs under the destination site’s terms and privacy practices. FunnelsMove does not expose the tracking URL as visible disclosure text.
External links and third-party websites
Articles may link to official vendor documentation or other external websites. Visiting an external site sends a request to that destination, which may process technical information and apply its own cookies, analytics or account systems. FunnelsMove’s privacy policy does not control those third-party services.
Embedded media, email and forms
The current build does not embed third-party video, social widgets, newsletter forms or a form-processing service. It also does not include a public email link. Adding any of those features can create new data flows and would require a corresponding policy update.
Purposes and retention
Because the current static site does not directly collect visitor-submitted form data or run first-party analytics, it does not define a site database retention period for those categories. Infrastructure providers and destination merchants may retain data according to their own policies and operational requirements.
Security limitations
FunnelsMove uses a static-site architecture to reduce application complexity, but no website or network transmission can be described as perfectly secure. This policy does not claim security certifications, audits or controls that have not been implemented and verified.
Children’s privacy
FunnelsMove is a business and marketing information site and is not designed as a service for children. The current build does not knowingly request personal information from children through forms or accounts because it contains neither.
Your choices
You can choose not to follow affiliate or other external links. Browser settings may also control cookies used by third-party destinations. Privacy rights can vary by jurisdiction, but the current build lacks the verified operator and public privacy-contact details needed to provide a jurisdiction-specific request channel; those owner facts remain to be completed.
International processing
Cloud hosting and third-party destination services may process information in countries other than the visitor’s own. The current site does not make a specific data-location promise because provider infrastructure and legal arrangements can change.
Changes to this policy
This policy should be updated when the site adds or removes a form processor, analytics, advertising, embedded media, cookies, email capture or other service that changes visitor data handling. Material updates should use an accurate revision date.
